My teenage son had eColi and and his gut health went down tremendously. This supplement was recommended by an European doctor and has helped my son feel better.

I have several issues with this product.First, the box tells us to take 3 pills per day (adults). The pamphlet inside says adults should take 2 pills per day. So, which is correct? Not a deal killer but facts matter....or at least they did matter once upon a time. Dosage is often critical to efficacy.Secondly, It is sourced from Bulgaria which probably means that this product which is live bacteria has been irradiated during customs and Department of Agricultural requirements to "inspect and treat" all food stuffs. Here is a quote from the FDA page "What you need to know". From : FDA.gov/food resources for you/consumers" Food irradiation (the application of ionizing radiation to food) is a technology that improves the safety and extends the shelf life of foods by reducing or eliminating microorganisms and insects." The key words here are "eliminating microorganisms" Well, bacteria are microorganisms. Case closed. If there is an exemption for this product the vendor should tell us. This is critical. Irradiation kills bacterium.Third: The price of $27.00 for 30 capsules means your cost per day at 3 caps per day equals $2.70 or $81.00 per month.Fourth: The storage instructions are specific: "Store at up to 20 degrees" (celsius) which is 68 degrees Fahrenheit and this vendor did not ship in a cool bag and my paper shipping envelop sat on my porch in the sun for a couple of hours . I tested my package with a laser beam tester and the plastic bottle was 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Caveat emptor!!

These were very helpful to my son's health needs as he has epilepsy and there are studies on different strains that can help support the body. My only suggestion would be to stick with the white bottle that has the pull tab bcuz the green bottles didn't seem to make the trip overseas, or survive the Amazon wharehouse. The company was quick to respond and replace the spoiled bottles that I received -thank you!! Also, don't know if putting together a bigger bottle would be more cost effective and maybe help with the price a little? Just a thought. Thanks again!

A live probiotic should make yogurt. Period. I have made yogurt for over 50+ years and know what I am doing in regard to sanitation, temperature, etc. I tried twice with these capsules. NOTHING. Of course, that means if you take the capsules internally, they are useless. Worthless purchase.

What I like the most is that it works! Just like Grundy says in his book- with use you'll start seeing poop the shape of coiled serpents. I have tried so many fiber drinks that are truly lumpy and distasteful that this one was like heaven to me.I didn't mind a few little lumps and as for the taste, it didn't have any!

Bifidobacterium supports immunity and is the most common bacterial group in the gut.

My friend recommended me to repopulate my guts with three Bifidobacterium probiotics - adolescentis/bifidum/longum and I am very happy to find a supplement that has all 3 ingredients in a capsule that is shelf stable. Order it online and delivered on time. Just started taking it this morning, don't know how effective it is yet.

This was a great blend of bifido. It came, surprisingly from overseas -but the location of some of the best labs that provide US with the bulk of yogurt bacteria. Delivered on time.
