Order one size larger.
Helmet fit is tight, I wear size M (56 Cm) and had to exchange for Large. It's a bit heavy but I like the built in flip visor which eliminates de use of goggles. Neck strap has a very good and sturdy lock adjustment. Not the lightest helmet, but for 55 bucks this one is a great deal

Missing items
Helmet delivered missing ear wind pads. Overall the helmet fit well and looks great. It just seems missing items is a common issue.Update. Seller has sent me the wind ear pads and responded quickly to resolve the issue. Overall after some use I’m very pleased with the fit and feel of the helmet. Easy on easy off is a plus.
