Its very expensive but works best when is taken along with Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin & Hyaluronic Acid (extra double dose) Capsules separately, to move your knee or other joints smoothly. Good effect on chronic knee pain , flavor and good for money

Do yoga strengthen your bones instead of taking this non veg supplement . Unfortunately taken these but make no sense
