Sattvic foods nutritional yeast flakes are really good. We have been using it for two months now and find it really tasty and nourishing.It is slightly costly but quality is excellent.

Good taste. Seems to be of good quality but excessively priced.Though the seal was intact the lid some patches like rust inside. That reflects low quality checks (See photo).

Excellent! Love the taste! I put it on steam vegetables or salad, with some original mustard oil and a drizzle of soy sauce. It's excellent for the skin, the intestines, and provides protein in my vegetarian diet.

The product is good and use it as a seasoning on the omlet or just eat a teaspoon or it for the vitamin B. It helped me in my weight loss too. Would recommend this for anyone who is health conscious. Go for it.

I have been using it for 2 weeks . This is my first any nutritional yeast order and I am impressed . It's crunchy and tasty , easily dissolves in any liquid. And it's best natural source of B complex vitamins . Yes it's expensive but if one can afford it - should take this instead of synthetic B vitamins. Very few companies in India producing this product .........I hope new companies come up with this product and some how price can be reduced.

It tastes like u r eating cheese balls. Very good taste...it's satvik ...so all vegans n vegetarians can take it.... I'm taking it coz of my b12 deficiency. It's nutritious n healthy so go for it. Mix it in curd or sprinkle on salads etc.
