They do their job
they do their job. I live in super humid environment. they've help with keeping my belongs fresh. they reall keep the musty smell and mildew away

easy to see when they need to be re-charged
Being able to see the color indicator beads is a huge plus. I found that these packets turned from orange to green fairly quickly so I had to figure out how to recharge them. Rather than taking an hour to bake them in the oven, which uses a lot of energy, I found this method works much quicker and more efficiently. I set my microwave oven at 50% power (my microwave cooking power is 1,200W). It's important that you use a LOW POWER in the microwave! Cook for 1 minute. Then stir the packets around and microwave for an additional 1 minute. With this method, the indicator beads turn back to orange, which means the packets are ready to absorb moisture again. I use a plastic tray to hold the packets while they're microwaved. Since I recently bought these, I don't know how many times I can re-charge them before they wear out. For now, I'm happy with them.

Good Value, but ..?
It's good to have this around for a variety of uses. BUT..Please it's DESICCANT...Not DESSICANT.....Gonna sell it? Spell it !!

My wife uses these in all her glass containers for food storage and seeds, nuts, grains!She is very happy now and will not have issues with dryness or spoilageThank you

Absorbent! Very handy at preventing oxidation, rust, mold, mildew...etc
These are great to have. So many uses.. does your silver or other jewelry tarnish; put them in a air tight bag with these, problem solved. Knives, handguns, rifles, steel arrowheads, tools.. etc.. Basically anything that oxygen can harm these prevent it. I keep a pack or more in all kinds of things...tool boxes, ammo crates, jury boxes, collectible coin cases, gun safes... ect When they are fully saturated and the color changes just microwave and good as new. Very absorbant and get a lot for the price , with a variety of sizes.
