This is a good one.
I love it and use it every chance I have instead of the new fry pans I just bought to replace my old ones. With it's rectangle shape, you can place lots of food on it.Yesterday for breakfast I have made, hash-browns for two, three eggs and 4 strips of turkey bacon, all at the same time. Today I made 3 good sized burgers, (4 would fit but only wanted 3) and 4 strips of turkey bacon with some room to spare.I use a laser thermometer and an instant read thermometer when I cook meat. The laser for the pan, it's proper cook temperature and instant read for meat doneness to prevent under or over cooking. With a laser thermometer, you know exactly what temperature your burner is currently is.I simply wipe it clean with paper towels after it cools off and then spray it with Dawn dish soap to remove any grease residue. I never use the dish washer for quality utensils including this one!Update: I've had this griddle for a few weeks now and decided to seek a glass cover for it. I found one designed for the Lodge cast iron griddle. Since it's not designed for this Cuisinart product, staying safely on top of it was a big concern. This one looked real close to fitting so I took a chance. It's for a Lodge griddle--9 X 16.75 $29.00 from Vayepro, currently $10 off. It fits perfectly side to side so it won't slide off and break. There is a two inch open gap on the end or one inch at each end depending on how you use it.

Works great with induction stove tops!
Best model for induction stove tops! I'm sure it would work great with electric and gas burners as well, but few other models have the needed ferromagnetic qualities to work with an induction stove. the cast iron ones will, but also pose the risk of scratching your glass. This one's smooth on the bottom, with a nice non-slip coat on the top. Great for pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc w/ even heat. OK for oven baking as well under 500 degrees F. I'd highly recommend!

Great griddle!
This griddle seems to be working very well with our stove. I looked at several other models, and this seem to fit my needs the best. Cast-iron griddles are a little scary to use on a glass top stove. Mini models were 16 1/2 inches in length, which is almost exactly the span of the burners. With that link, very easy to have burner exposed. This model is longer and covers everything very well. No nonstick surface seems to be very good.

Ok but…
Not quite a good fit for my induction cooktop, it doesn’t fit flat and it doesn’t get as hot as it could, which I assume is due to not as magnetic as other items I have used. It will be moved to the camper where I expect it to be amazing on my gas stove.

Works with induction. Feels durable and it's easy to clean
It's worth it for me. I like that it works with induction stove tops. It's very safe and easy to clean. Feels rugged, as if it will last forever. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

EXCELENTE CALIDAD Y RESISTENCIA AL CALOR
Excelente calidad.

Seems OK but not good for Induction
I bought this for my GE Cafe Induction range that has the burner sync feature. The two sync burners are the medium sized burners on the left that are around 8" diameter each. The griddle heated up pretty quickly but didn't seem to get quite as hot as my cast iron and pure stainless steel pans. I cooked at a setting of 5 which would normally be pretty hot. I immediately filled it completely full with thick slice bacon. After a minute or two I could tell that the areas of the griddle where the two circular burners lay beneath were cooking the bacon but the edges of the bacon and the pieces on the far ends of the griddle were not cooking much at all. I really had no solution for the these two "hot circles" in the middle of the griddle. I tried swapping pieces around a bit but the end result was bacon strips cooked well in the middle but no on the ends. And what's more, after I finished and let the pan cool I noticed it was no longer sitting flat on the glass cooktop. (it was at the beginning). So now the griddle has warped after one use over two induction "burners" on medium. I didn't subject it to water or any sudden temperature changes. Just heated it on the range and then let it cool naturally. I am certain this will affect the performance even more. This is getting returned. I don't feel it should really be marketed for use with induction ranges. Yes, it conducts the magnetism but it doesn't heat uniformly at all. And the warping is a concern that any user may have. I am still on the search for a good griddle for my induction range. There are very few options other than cast iron which I have concerns about as well. I may buy induction adapter plates and go back to my aluminum griddle to see if that makes it work well (it doesn't work with induction directly)
