This was bought as a replacement base to substitute the one supplied originally by Vounot. It is very well made.

The parasol cross stand is of excellent build quality. The holder is quite tall (50cm) and exactly as needed for heavy parasol. I am using it for a 4m long parasol and other holders were just not strong enough for it. This holder is perfect and works well. Very happy with the purchase

I got this as I had bought parasol weights assuming that the base was included in the box. How wrong was I. This unit is absolutely perfect, quick and easy to assemble, holds my parasol really well. The only downside is that the holding screws for the parasol pole aren’t very long, but apart from that, I would recommend this seller.

This base is far superior than another I ordered as a replacement and sent back!It holds a large rectangular parasol and fits the water filled base I already had from my previous stand.Good valve for money, well made - sturdy.

Purchased this to replace the existing base that came with my 3metre parasol. Really pleased with this item. It's very well made and sturdy. I would have no hesitation in recommending both the seller and the product.

Sturdy Stability not good. .it is about 9” ( 225mm ) shorter than the IKEA umbrella I have, so was not high enough. I put the IKEA upright vertical tube on and I’ve stopped banging my head !!!
