The product is very genuine and it was as shown in the photo. The lock comes with all its accessories as well. Instructions are clear for installation.

Strong lock, excellent finish
Looks a very strong lock as well as finishing seems to be very good.4 keys will do world of good. I liked this feature of light integrated into one of the key heads, makes it easy to find the keyhole in dark. Wish they had given light for all the keys.The box has a print that the installation is free. I called on the said number and the installation was done within 18 hours. The installation guy didn't charge anything and also refused tips.

Lock nobe to open is stuck
Lock nobe to open is stucking after installation. Can't return as during installation we cut the inner plate as per the steps to install. Post installation the handle nobe is stuck. it.
