Patches have worked great for me
I’ve had low vitamin d for years. Started using these a couple months ago and my lab is in normal range now. I also like not taking all kinds of oral supplements.

Personally I love the patches. Seems as I age, capsules get more difficult for me to swallow. Furthermore there is nothing to upset my stomach.

Perfect but not for bariatric
Super easy to use and kept my vitamin levels where they shouldn't been prior to bariatric surgery. Not strong enough for bariatric patients tho.Would definitely recommend is you struggle swallowing big pills!!

Finally normal range
I have gastroparesis and do not absorb nutrients properly. My vitamin D has been low for years. After using this patch my vitamin D has made it into the normal range.
