Terrible! Dont waste your time and money
Terrible! Don’t waste your time and money.I received the item, already damaged - not only damaged but unsafe too. Trying to arrange a return was a nightmare - “a refund will be issued 7 days after the item is returned” but I was then told I didn’t need to return the item and was offered (an insulting!) 20% refund! Imagine - I’ve received an unusable router and paid for the pleasure of it! A joke!

Good value router ideal for pairing with a router plate.
Paired with a router plate to give me a small router table. The chuck only accepts small shaft bits and they didn't seem to go right in.The cable coming out the top makes changing the bits a little cumbersome, you can't turn it upside down and stand on the end to change the bits.Very adequate for the price.

Poor design? Poor Quality Control?
Straight from the box, this device is useless: poor design or poor QC means that the collar, even tightened as far as possible, has a larger diameter than the router itself. Result? the router slips down inside the collar. Not good.... worthy of a zero star rating. However, a couple of strips of gaffer tape around the tool (see photo) increases the diameter enough for the collar to grip, making the router useable (for the time being, at least).Having to modify/fix a brand new tool before it can be used is pretty poor - some might say unacceptable.
