Nearly impossible to get the WiFi or the "Binding" to to work with my phone. I spent an hour trying to make it work. Not worth the effort.

So far this cameras been great. Most cameras can't pick up motion until somebody or something has gone by 10 times. By that time somebody's stolen something. I have a hallway where people like to walk up to my door and do who knows what. I received an alert. Which was an aunt carrying something past camera. It was a good laugh and impressive. Plus the first time somebody went walking by it picked him up right away. If you ever tested a lot of cameras like I have it's been ridiculous. You can open and close the door 10 times in front of it and it never sends you an alert or picks up that you're there. So I don't know what everybody else is talking about having problems connecting to wi-fi. It seems to load just fine. Just a heads up I've got it sitting on the floor so I would expect it to take a second to connect to my phone from time to time.

Again. This camera came without AC charger. Had to purchase separately. When I tried to charge it would not charge. It was dead as a door nob. Please stop selling broken cameras to the public. Also, why are you hiding your company name. Why is Amazon allowing your company to sell broken items to Americans. I am returning your camera. Please send my refund

The device would not connect to my phone at first when it did it would not connect to the internet. Contacted the seller followed their instructions and it connected but it constantly freezes. If I am outside trying to monitor a room the device is worse it freeze for a long time. The audio reception is bad, it goes in and out constantly.

Don't buy if you have a newer model phone!I have a Samsung Z fold 4. When I attempted to download the app I got an error that this was made for older model phones and was not compatible with newer phones.It did not indicate how old a phone you needed to have for it to work.

I haven’t even been able to connect this camera to my phone so it’s been completely useless so far. The V380 pro app that is required to connect to the camera requires a subscription in that they request for credit car information. I saw nothing on the product description mentioning anything close to this. I’m not paying for a subscription, this should be s free app that supports the use of the camera. Don’t waste your time in purchasing this item.
