not working properly / OVERHEATING 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
After two successful uses the machine started to work weird .. when cooking rice the water was overflowing and leaking trough the top stem hole ( even thought I triple checked the quantity of rice and water ) As you can see on the picture there is a dent ( shape of a bean) I’ve just discovered after cooking quinoa - proving that heating element was melting and overheating …. Very sad for spending 200 pounds on this product and not getting good results . Money down the toilet .

NOT UK COMPATIBLE !!
THIS DEVICE IS NOT UK COMPATIBLE. It is rated at 100V and for the US & Canadian markets. Shocking that a product which is incompatible with the UK 220V rating is allowed to be sold on the UK Amazon site and especially as there is nothing in the description showing this discrepancy either. Buy at your peril if in the UK ... a return will cost you +/- £45 as the supplier doesn't provide a free return service and it has to be sent to Las Vegas. Highly disappointed and VERY annoyed !!
