You can workout in bed!
Wow I finally put this together and I love this thing! You can even do it in bed! You can use it for assisted sit-ups by holding the bar while raising your legs and torso, you can use it for rows and bicep curls and it has other attachments for shoulders and stuff! I just used it for like 5 mins and my arms and core are on fire but no pain!

I don’t recommend this product
The foot straps are too small. I think the handle and the foot bar just PVC pipe covered with foam and probably would fail pretty quickly.
