This vitamin worked for me.
I learned that my vitamin D levels were below the low normal running around 27 to 28. Depending on the lab, the normal range is around 30-100. I started out taking 1000 IU daily in addition to my multivitamin and my vitamin D levels didn’t budge. I upped it to 2000 IU daily, then 5000 IU daily without my blood test showing any significant result. I have always had good luck with and trusted Nature Made vitamins, but was not having any luck with the D3 formulation. I started the the D3+K2 5000 IU a month before my next scheduled appointment and my D3 level finally moved into the low normal range at 36. I hope it continues to improve.

Bone and Cardiovascular Health
This is a good quality, and value, supplement. The importance of taking D3 with K2 has not been shared enough; this is what prevents Calcium from going into the soft tissues, causing calcification and hardening. This combination facilitates storing Calcium where it belongs, in our bones.It's a very good product, and the small capsules are easy to swallow.

Good So Far, Waiting on Lab Results
I’ve been taking this since January and have had no issues with it , easy to swallow and no side effects. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, but I’ll update my rating once I check my vitamin D levels to see if it’s really working. So far, so good!
