Never buy anything else!
I have the ISOtunes Pro Aware Bluetooth hearing protection. The earbuds themselves are awesome, but the factory supplied tips do not seal to my ears and they are painful after a couple hours of use. These 3M ear tips revolutionized those earbuds. They work so much better than I thought with the proper tips on them. It's like purchasing an entirely new upgraded product. I can't even hear myself talking when I turn the low DB pass through off.Be aware that these tips are not universal, but because they come in a pack of 10 I went ahead and tried them on my other earbuds and they didn't fit. They do screw right onto the isotunes just fine.

love everthing but the price :-)
I bought enough to last me to retirement. These have a high enough noise reduction 29-30 NNR for industrial locations. My company requires 24 or better. They have a small tube in the center that both helps push them in to the ear and feeds sound from ear buds in. I have very small ear canal and the foam plugs are a nightmare to get it. A little water or spit and they slide right in with a twist. They will last a couple weeks if you wash them. The ends will tater as they get used up.In my occupation if I don't answer call I can be fired, it cost them $1200/minute to have production down. My hearing is weak from years of abuse. I am a Yankee living in appalachia. I love the people but struggle understanding the language. I needed a way to hear better. I first used these on regular ear buds with a piece of clear tube. Latter I started using them on products from Rapid Radio that use a hearing aid transducer and a mono audio plug. Oh My Gosh. I get the sound in both ears without the noise (if you put them in tight these babies really cut the noise) people in the room are all scratching their heads asking what did he say, I always know better than they do.Aside from the dollar to Two dollar price each, the only problem is you will need to back them out to hear someone next to you talking.

Best option for TEP-100 tips.
First, these are not standalone earplugs! I use these with my 3M PELTOR TEP-100 Tactical Digital Earplugs. Overall they are exactly what you want for when the original tips wear out, and this isn't a bad price for such a quantity (I go through one pair about every 3 months with weekly use). The reason these tips only get 4 stars vs 5 is that the sound channel can close off when inserting them, which doesn't allow the amplified sound from the TEP-100 earplugs to get through. In those circumstances, just take them back out and reinsert. Regardless, better than any of the other options as they have the highest NRR of any option for TEP-100 tips.

Fit the bill
I wanted a better choice of tips for my Otto earplugs. These work awesome, exactly what I was hoping for. I’ve used these a several matches some as long as 9 hours straight without any problems. Even gave a pair to a friend to try and he loved them as well. I will be buying them again if these ever wear out!

0.14" size hole; won't fit larger [0.2-0.22"] ear bud posts
I cannot really say how well these work - they won't fit my Axil XCOR or ProEars ear pro systems. The ID of the holes these tip replacements have is, at most, 0.14". The OD of the "posts" my ear pro systems use are 0.2-0.22". I ruined a pair of the tip replacements trying to fit/force them onto my ear pro systems - after much effort they went on, but not securely and I had zero faith that this setup would protect my hearing at the range.

Too large, as already mentioned by others
I really wanted these to work, because of the better NRR, but they are, simply, too large. The biggest problem with the size is, while you might be able to mostly get them in, the poor fit reduces the effective NRR and, in my case, the Triple-C’s, with the slightly reduced NRR, did a better job of reducing sound. My rating is also influenced by the fact that returns are not possible, which I can kind of understand for this kind of product, but vendors might need to make some more leeway here because there is no trial size option and this is an online sale.

Best noise canceling ear plug for the Peltor system!
Wet the tip, insert and screw into the ear canal. Yes, they will drive all the way in and when in provide excellent noise suppression.I use the Peltor system when riding motorcycles. It allows me to hear everything around me while suppressing loud engine, and wind noises protecting my hearing. Oddly, I can easily hear conversations nearby at stops in the city with my full face helmet visor up. I cannot hear these same conversations when bare eared. The binaural aspect allows me to determine the direction of noise somewhat like being bare eared, although the helmet does interfere somewhat with this. However, I can usually understand from which direction emergency vehicles are coming.I liked the smaller foam earplugs which came with the Peltor devices, but they have become difficult to find, so I switched to the Skull Screws. The Skull Screws provide better dB reduction and make it easier to hear the allowed through noise.A very durable product, I clean once in a while and expect each earplug to last a month or more (I ride 100+ miles per day on average).Strong recommend, good product, good fit if correctly inserted, great dB reduction, good to great durability.
