Polylok 20" x 6" Septic Tank Riser

Item was described accurately, shipped fast, fit perfectly at a competitive price.

It's difficult to "love" a septic tank riser, but that said, this did exactly what I needed. Project was actually a repair to a sump pump. The 20-in diameter concrete sump had been buried 18-in below ground and then stupidly bricked over by the previous home owner. So when the pump eventually failed, we had to jackhammer it open for access and repair. I wanted to extend the sump to ground level and have a lid. I used these PolyLock risers and a lid to extend the 20-in diameter concrete sump pipe level to the surface (BTW, I tried getting just 18-in of the concrete pipe, but it is sold in minimum 10-ft lengths that would need a small crane to move). Anyway, project came out great.

Bought this with a Polylok 20" heavy duty lid and 20"/24" adapter ring to replace a concrete septic tank lid on my liquids tank. Installation was breeze and I'm super happy with the end result. I'll be doing this same installation on my solids tank in a few weeks.Note: No hardware included. Requires six #10 x 1.5" round head stainless screws to attach the riser to the adapter ring, which I found at my local hardware store.

Awesome product and would have worked out perfect but.....I ordered the WRONG size! We are going to repurpose it. 100% MY fault! I needed the 24" and ordered the 20" and didnt check it until it was a week too late and needed it right then. Had to punt and order a tube of culvert that looks like crap! Excellent product and will use Polylok products on projects in the future!

Easy install to base and cover

Worked perfect. I was confused on the frost line sticker that was on this, I have no idea what it was meaning? A direction sheet should be included to understand the sticker.

but I'll never need to dig up the septic tank again.

Easy to install and look great. Screw holes could be stronger. They are made out of plastic and will split and break if you over tighten them.
