Works great . Heard about it for years from other professional fighters. I believe I've tried it once or twice but I'm trying it again and it works great it does exactly what it says on the box and what I've heard. It seems to have a lot of nutrition or something that really gives me a boost and seems to help me heal faster.

Seems to work well and very economical. I have tried other product that cost more and don't see any difference. I believe this is the real deal.

Going to put it at 3 stars for now.I’ve had a few other sources of shilajit, paste and tablets, both full dissolved in water.I’ve heard this is a way to test purity and legitimacy.One of my sources is delayed due to everything going on currently in the world, so I decided to give this a go for the price.As of right now, the tablets did not fully dissolve, although they did partially but also had smaller particles float around as well, so I’m not sure what that’s about.Although it does seem to match a lot of other characteristics of other Shilajit I’ve had.Will see if I notice same benefits as the other sources I’ve tried though.

Good stuff

In the beginning I did see some results. From reading about Shilajit, certification is critical due to the toxic metals that may come with it, if its not processed properly. I would recommend going to their website. The product is referred to as "ishalajit" instead of what is on the box, they make no mention of specific certification credentials, and who the third party is: Farmgroup from Russia (from the box), which sources for another product on Amazon as well. It is not sourced by them. Check out the addresses on the box as well. Raises more questions that answers. Emailed them about not finding the certification on the website, and didn't get a response. Overall, after about 2 weeks on the product I have noticed some signs that are bothersome, like headaches, liver issues and GI problems. Would welcome anyone having information to support the product at this point.

Easy to take and well packaged. We noticed no difference so did not reorder.
