My favorite B12. These taste great too.

I like the taste and that it is chewable. Not sure they give more energy, but I take daily and feel it does help.

I had to look up why this is causing me drowsiness 3 days in a row whereas I had amazing sleep.I read if you may have a Folate imbalance this could cause this side effect. I Hope this helps someone if they are experiencing drowsiness from taking this B12 by itself, possibly the ratio in the photo is what is needed.

At my age, these will help my body function better now.

I’ve been taking the Jarrow B12 for over 20 years. I went to have my blood tested, and my doctor tested my B12 . when she got the lab work pack, she said I gosh her B12 is better than I’ve ever seen bodies. What are you doing? I told her about the Jarrow supplement, of course being a doctor she tried to discount it, but that was the only explanation for a B12, as high as mine . I asked her if it was Safe and she said yes of course it’s wonderful. I trust Jarrow because I’ve seen it proven on a lab test. I am a registered nurse so that means a lot to me. I trust this brand. And it amazes me how they keep their prices down and produce great products.
