Seems to be working a treat for PMDD
no brain fog/anxiety/moodyness/agoraphobia etc. I take 2 a day and honestly feel great. I also have added another 1g of (generic) taurine on top and take 3 high quality magnesium capsules too as well as starting the day with a well known green powder on subscription.

Formula totally has changed
Totally changed the formula with no good results like before and especially taurine missing in there,wish they can bring back the older Zinc Supreme which had great benefits
