Work great! I’ve used them for adding map lights in my older truck that just had a dome light, I was able to splice right into the original wires and get power to turn the light on. I don’t really like using this kind of connection but I was in a hurry to get several connections done. I have to admit they worked well I sealed them with liquid tape to finish the job. And yes I will use them in the future.

So much easier and more secure than old style taps. Definitely a huge time saver when wiring a vehicle.

These require a great amount of force to clamp the internal blades down into the conductors. After installing a dozen of them, about half of them tested negative for proper electrical connection. I had to go back with a pair of heavy pliers and compress them forcefully several times to get them to achieve adequate contact.
