The Stove top is seriously weak, it takes forever to heat up and cooks slowlyThe oven doesn’t heat to the number it says, if I place two trays in the oven the upper one would cook in double the time.

Love this product, we ordered because we needed something to use for Thanksgiving and it shipped quickly and received before the holiday.Works great however you will need to have an electrician to set up with a four prong outlet.Has a very sleek look with the stainless steel.

Fine. Indicator lights for lit and hot stove are somewhat hard to see. Water will reach sufficient boiling. Attractive. Knobs are accessible in the front. Oven temperature for oven is knob not digital.

The stove arrived damaged. The sheet metal used on the sides of this stove is pretty thin. It looks like it had an impact on the bottom at some point on both the left and right side. I was there when the drivers unloaded so I know it didn't happen then. The two guys did a great job even hand carrying it down the gravel drive and actually helping me get it onto a dolly and into the house. It seems to be working, but disappointed in the damage.

I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Whenever I open the oven door the entire range moves and blows out so much hot air that I have to remove my glasses before opening the door. The oven temperature setting knob makes it impossible to see the temperature you are choosing. Why is there no digital temperature indication, it’s like this thing was built in 1960. Also, the temperature setting is off by 50 degrees or more…so you will pretty much ruin everything that is temperature sensitive. Absolutely horrible product, stay away.

This large 36” range fit my space and looks great as well as functions super. I tried to hook it up myself but it did not work so Kookmore sent someone out to check it and we found it was my wiring and not the range. Once the wiring was fixed, it has worked great all year. I would recommend this range and the Koolmore brand.

I purchased this product and the delivery was very fast however, the range arrived damaged. The door glass was completely shattered and all over the place. Unfortunately, I was only able to confirm the damage once the Delivery Team departed. Besides the damaged door, the stainless steel body of the ranged looked beautiful. Hesitate to order again due to the inital order and the return/refund process took over 2.5 months.

The middle burner does not work. The first time it happened was last month. it was fine after two days but it stopped working again today.
