Good lab pipetter
Item arrived as ordered, is comparable to similar products from scientific vendors, but is considerably less pricey

Works well if used cautiously
I have been using this for reef aquarium water testing. It arrived mostly dialed in. I would recommend having a trusted method of verifying the amounts it is dispensing and, adjust it with the provided tool. It is easy to push the tip ejector while attempting to draw up a sample. This is easily avoided my rotating the pipettor so your thumb doesn’t touch it. However, while holding it that way, it is easy to accidentally spin the plunger while taking a sample, adjusting it to the next tenth. Also, depressing or releasing the plunger with any sort of haste will prove a deviation in sample size. So, take your time. These are minor issues and, it reliably provides repeatable sample volumes if you are attentive to its quirks. I feel like good value is provided for the price. It isn’t as effortless to use as the best ones out there but, it doesn’t cost as much as those, either.

Do you need exactly 10 mL of any liquid?
This will get you 10 mL of whatever liquid as long as it isn't corrosive to plastic. You can adjust it from 0 to 10 mL by increments of .1 if you want (that's a tiny amount for those who didn't know). Easy to clean but try not to get the inside of the tool itself wet. That part isn't so easy to clean, but it's easy to avoid getting all sorts of goop in it, unless you're suctioning goop, then I don't know what to tell you. I like that it's easy to hold, and you only make the mistake of the auto discharge in a solution once or twice before you figure out the suction and discharge buttons out for good.

Easy to use
I got this for measuring liquids for soap making and other crafts. It is easy to use and makes the process less rage inducing.

Dies after a couple of months.
I have had this since the middle of December 2022, and have been using it consistently to make perfume. It started out fine, not super accurate, but you should be weighing your measurements anyway.Fast forward a month after getting it. It starts stiffening up, barely draws any liquid, and is struggling to perform.Fast forward a little more. It now will not draw up any liquid, struggles to depress at all, and is generally an expensive paperweight.Spend the extra few bucks on a better model. This is garbage.

Accurate
Easy to use and really helpful if you need to measure small quantities accurately.

Reliably jams every time, rendering it unreliable / useless
I see at least one other reviewer had the same issue. Here's how it is supposed to work: press the button to disperse liquid until it stops, then push it again to eject the last of the liquid from the pipette. Mine works a few times in a row just like that, and then it jams. A few times I could clear the jam by knocking the push button on the table. Inelegant but it worked. More often, however, I had to unscrew everything, take out the plunger unit, and hit the spring-loaded plunger shaft against the table. It doesn't work for me.

Very solid
The unit is well built and controls are easy to adjust the volume of the sample to be extracted.
