Poor quality, and overpriced for a very thin peace of material, returning.

I do a fair bit of backpacking and short travel trips and this small 8”x10” Osprey nylon sack is great for items that I want to store together so they don’t roll around in my backpack or luggage. I do have hip belts on my Osprey bags, but I like having a storage sack to keep all of my electronics / rechargers in while on a trip. I love that this is ultra lightweight so it doesn’t contribute to the heaviness; after all every ounce counts when you’re carrying a weekends worth of supplies on your back. I have also used this sack to store toiletries together.As with all Osprey products, it’s well-made. Nothing fancy about this pouch - a nylon rectangle with the name silk screened on, a small tag at the bottom corner, and then a loop at one top corner and a hook at the other (this doesn’t come with a carabiner). Several different sort of opportunities to connect this pouch to other things between the fabric loop and the plastic one. The zipper is sturdy and has a wide plastic ring.I like that this bag is made of recycled materials. I also love that it is something I will keep rather than my previous option (disposable plastic storage bags).If you’re looking for something ultra sturdy, this bag isn’t it - this is designed for lightweight compartmental storage. It’s just what I needed and from a brand I love and trust.

I purchased this item based on other osprey pouches. The size of this Medium does not correspond with the others I have in large and small. Disappointing

TLDR: Nice pouch for light travel! There isn’t much more to this product, it seems to be made out of nice ripstop material but it’s not much more than a pouch. You are paying for the brand but honesty it should last for a long time being a nice hiking brand. I found it useful to throw some extra sunblock and chapstick and other small items into my hiking and walking bag for a day trip! I think it has many uses but for those wondering why it’s so expensive, it’s bc of of the fabric, not bc it’s anything more than a storage pouch for those fun day trips or hikes! Which should again last you a very long time, so at the end of the day it’s totally worth the buy!
