Well worth the $ savings!
Very nice substitute for Saniflo - and several $$$ lower cost. It's quiet, efficient, and relatively easy to install.Some comments I read on this macerator were that it is loud. I disagree; it's certainly not an issue. (I put the macerator in the closet behind the toilet, but with it being so quiet, I wouldn't hesitate to install it in the bathroom [with the plumbing hidden in the wall] if there's ever a 'next time'.)The plumber said this was his first install of an upflush system and he was happy with the ease of installation. Some of the instructions could have used some greater detail and or graphics, but we figured it out.Minor issues are lack of escutcheons (I had to look that up! LOL) for covering the hole in the wall behind the toilet or behind the macerator; toilet seat isn't worth the weight to ship it (it'll be tossed very soon), and the water level in the tank means sometimes multiple flushes are required to clear all waste.All in all - a very good investment I think. We'll see how it performs in the months and years to come.

great product, nice customer service
The product is good. You don't need to touch your sewer system. It can significantly reduce the cost. With this product, it can easily transform a closet to a bathroom. Installation is easy. Customer service is excellent. It helps to answer the questions in time.

Defective engineering. Toilet seat does not stay up.
The toilet has a design flaw. Once everything is installed, and you apply the toilet seat, the holes where you mount the seat are too far towards the water box. Therefore, when you put the toilet seat up, it falls forward. This is a pretty bad design flaw. I would look at another brand who has a better engineered product. The sad part is you complete the whole process of installation and find out the seat doesn’t function. I hope this helps.

Great unit good instructions
Very good instructions and customer support that can help in all situations. Very easy to assemble and has worked flawlessly. I had bought a different brand and had installation problems as well as working issues. Had to send it backGreat job on instructions and support

Great for basement
The toilet is really nice. I just order the wrong one. But I wish I could off use it in my basement.Definitely recommend
