Literally life-changing. Cannot tell you the amount of times I'd wake up with bad neck pain, before getting one of these. Now, no more pain.It solved my neck pain within a few weeks. Took a bit of getting used to at first due to the unfamiliar shape but, once you're used to that, it's perfect.The height of the side-sleeping parts are perfect even for me with fairly wide shoulders and very sturdy. The groove in the middle area (for when lay on back) for neck support is spot on as well and really supports your neck and shoulders while you sleep.The quality is great as well (including the sleep mask that comes with it) nice fabric, removable case, which is easy to wash, and the memory foam is very good quality and seems durable.I've had this for over 6 months now and wanted to wait to post a review to make sure it wasn't just coincidence that my pain had gone but, it's clearly this, as, after sleeping elsewhere for 2 days without it, it came back... Honestly, no idea how I ever used a normal pillow before.I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who struggles with neck/back/shoulder pain.

This is an amazing neck support pillow that is the perfect soft to medium feel. I love how the memory foam cushions my neck and is so comfy to lie down on, relieving all my aches and pains and giving me such a deep sleep. Pleasantly surprised at the very high quality. Definitely get yourself one!
