Ayurvedic HAIP Diet is the Mother of all diet
Ayurveda is over 5000 years old Medical & diet system . Ayurveda is called the mother of all diet systems because it has very advanced food classifications, some of which are even more advanced than the current modern food classifications for example ayurveda gives information on how the food will behave after digestion . Over time, I've experimented with various diets and have reached the conclusion that there cannot be a universal diet suitable for all. Given the diversity in body types, an individual may find a particular diet more suitable based on his/her unique needs. HAIP Diet is the first diet I have studied which supports all major diets available to mankind e.g. It has a meal plan for Lectin free Vegan Diet ( Legume and Grain Free diet), Vegan Diet , Keto Diet ,Carnivore diet etc . I am now focussing on the concept of rasa in Ayurveda, which is made in the first stage of food digestion . Ayurveda says that if rasa is made properly it can help you to nourish the body which in turn can help to fight any disease. There are different things you can do so that the rasa is formed properly. HAIP Diet Cookbook between page 43 to 45 has a complete system which, if you follow, can help you to create healthy rasa which can assist you to reverse ageing and fight any disease condition . Very exciting thing is that this is just 1 anga of 8 angas of HAIP Diet . I would highly recommend this book to those who are looking for a cookbook based on Ayurvedic principles for modern times or who want a single book for different diets which they are following.

A Cookbook for Boomers, Millennials and Generation Z Backed-by-Science to live a healthy life
We are a joint family with three generations living together and everyone believes in the healing power of food . This is the only book I have seen with over 300 recipes using only healthy ingredients which is liked by all generations in my family . For eg My grandfather likes Rotis, Parathas and Breads, for him the book has over 15 Gluten-Free recipes. My Parents like Indian cuisine for which the book has famous recipes from almost all states of India like Punjabi Sarson ka Saag , Vegan South Indian Avial, Maharashtrian Zunka , Vegan Lucknowi Shahi Kadhai Vegetables ,Sindhi Aloo Took, Bengali Lactose-Casein-Free Shukto , Rajasthani Bharva Bhindi, Bihari Litti Chokha, Cardio-protective Stir Fry, South Indian Kadala Curry, Punjabi Lactose-Casein-Free Kadi etc. My sister likes sweet dishes, for which this book has over 30 Gluten-Free, Lactose-Casein-Free Cakes, Muffins, Pancakes, Brownies, Cookies, Icings, Iced-Cream, Chocolate, Puddings, Mousse ,Fudge and vegan sweet recipes. Finally I like to try different cuisines, street food , chats , noodle , Burger, farsans , pulaos, biryanis etc for which the book has over 70 recipes. Would recommend this book to all foodies who want to cook with only healthy ingredients .
