I really enjoyed reading this book. It's colorful and enjoyable to look at. She's quite an inspiration with her energy, determination, and individuality. I've followed her for quite some time now with great interest.If you haven't seen the docu-movie about her recently or at all, I highly recommend waiting until you've read the book, as it is basically a written accompaniment to it. I have, but still enjoyed the read. I'm glad I have it in my library. Thanks Iris!

I am in love with her. My daughter and I watched her Documentary and she said, “Oh my gosh, I feel like I’m watching you in your 90s!” :)She is so creative and although obviously rich, she is surprisingly down to earth and does not care about price but about beauty,’style, playfulness and fun. She mixes expensive with discount items found in a $1.99 store. She make being stylish accessible to anyone. Not only that, but this book is a great love story and shares how she became the Iris everyone knows. You’ll love it. I will read it again. It’s filled with her personal life wisdom as well.

Iris Apfel is fab! And this colorful book is filled with her fotos, wisdom, advice & just artistic fun! The fotos are magnificent & she encourages every one to shine! I have ordered another book for a friend who is also an aficionado. Great read & a vision for the eyes.
