Haven’t used very long but their biotin is awesome so can’t hurt! To try it …
I don’t know what the difference will be taking with the biotin but I know the 10,000mlg biotin takes a couple months and you can 100% see new hair growth you just have to commit to it and you will see! I will see what it does in a few months and comeback and ad to the review !
