Fantastic read - everything you need for a successful project!
Never usually take the time to write reviews - but felt compelled given the small number & relatively neutral reviews on Amazon.co.uk.This is an absolutely fantastic book - short and compact (will easily fit inside your breifcase when away on consulting engagements) and yet contains everything you need to successfully run a project. It's checklists act as trigger lists to make sure you've forgotten nothing at all (as so often happens in poorly run projects).I have about 4 years of PM experience now, but would say this book is suitable for all levels of experience. For the less experienced PM you can refer to it at all stages of your project and gain familarity with the PM terms, and for those more experienced you can use it to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and that you've truly given consideration to everything that can go wrong. As Nick says in the book - its better to solve issues at the planning stage than once the project is inflight.I'll be recommending to my colleagues of all levels of experience.

Perfect present for a friend
As it was a present I'm unsure what it's like.

Helpful lists to get things done!
Great little compendium. Helped me to outline various PM methodologies into practical applications and manageable portions. Weather you have formal PM training/certification ot not, this text is generally useful to anyone who wants to undertake big project planning and get things done!
