I use this kettle ball for hand therapy. The instability of the shifting contents is a great way to get my fingers to “grasp” and strengthen my fingers. I find I get better results than using a metal kettle ball with the elastic straps.

Good construction, style at a fair price

I really like this, What can you say...It functions as it should and looks very nice. My only complaint would be it is much larger than I anticipated which makes it a slightly awkward to hold when doing squats etc. For this reason I'm deducting 1 star.I was used to a cast iron 15 lb kettle bell which is more compact for obvious reasons that I did not think of at the time when I purchased this so it was a surprise to see that this was much bigger. All in all I still love it.
