This worked really well for charging mobile phones. I used it for camping over 4 days and charged two phones each day and there was still plenty of power in my Dewalt battery

So basically this device can be attached to a Dewalt battery (matching batteries listed in title) and provide a rough guide to power remaining and two USB ports, so you can use the battery to power any USB-powered device, or to recharge phones etc.The build quality is very average - the plastic body feels quite cheap and the two halves don't quite align, nevertheless it does the job, fitting my battery perfectly and providing USB output power.Be careful attaching the battery to ensure all the pins are straight - it shouldn't require force.I cannot comment on the accuracy of the LED lights as I have no means to verify this.It does allow me to run USB devices - I didn't trust plugging my phone in just in case.

Basic little adaptor which may be handy to have among your Dewalt battery kit for 5V charging.Voltage on both USB ports show a steady 5V (attached to a fully charged pack). My packs already have their own battery level indicators, so that particular feature isn't too important. Interestingly, the adaptor's own LEDs only lit 2 out of 3, despite the battery being a known fully charged one.The 'night light' isn't working correctly on mine for some reason. You should be able to cycle through 3 different brightness levels, together with a 'flash' mode. Mine only lights to the lowest level, then any further short-presses simply switch them on of off.Build quality isn't great to be honest, and the fact that it doesn't quite work as described affects the rating of course.On a quality/value-for-money basis... a generous 3-Stars.
