Replacement requested
I ordered an Ultra Care PRO US 111 portable Ultra Sound Machine for physiotherapy for an amount of Rs.7999/- on 20.06.22 through Amazon. Now, the Adapter is not working at all from 15 days back.Requesting you to kindly arrange to replace the same as early as possible as it is not even 6 months of buying and the device as adaptor is disfunctioned. In addition to this I have contacted the company and since the device adapter stopped working, they arranged for a replacement.

Malfunction of the portable ultra sound.
The problem with the machine was efficiently handled by the company and they sorted out the operational issue.The problem with the switch adapter, which does not fall under the product warranty, was resolved and the company agreed to replace the adapter. Appreciate their gesture.
