The media could not be loaded. Cleans effectively specifically the dusting, mopping is good. Very quiet operation for mopping and dusting noise levels are under 68db.

I purchased 2 robots. Product is decent (have several issues but still decent). But their support is zero.During purchase they kept on delaying the installation so that return period pass.I installed myselfAfter 2 months, faced problem. Asked company to send technician. It's been 2 months and still getting same copy paste reply for my 10+ emails, that kindly wait for 5 daysSo, buy if you can afford chinese product without warranty

I bought this product at Rs. 33999/- in last week of April 2025 and using it for last 20 days.I and my wife are fully satisfied with product as it vacuum clean and Mop also. It has mapped all rooms of my apartment It automaticalky cleans the dirty mop at fixexed intervals during mopping. App is also good. We can set the only vaccuming or mopping or both as per our requirement. We can schedule cleaning days, time and sequence of rooms to be cleaned and not to be cleanedVery easy to operate.Recommonded for every house wife even if they have problem with their maid or not

I was sceptical when I bought it. It was worth the cost. Got it when the price was 33999.General Info:1. The vacuum power is more than enough. Medium power during regular schedules is more than enough. If you have a always closed space, low setting is good.2. It needs internet the first time to map and load stuff to your app.3. It's like any other machine. Needs maintenance. Quite a lot sometimes.4. Like all robots, there should not be any water on the floor. The filter will reduce water going to the vacuum, but better to prevent it.Pros:1. Noise is low2. It has ability to mop even the wall edges.3. Lidar does its job. Stuff below it's POS will not be detected.4. Auto clean of mops is great. It's easy to remove and refill clean water.5. Spare parts (third party) like brush, filters are not too expensive.6. Semi-Auto carpet detection. Mop goes UP when machine is over the carpet.Cons:1. A small fan 24/7 runs inside the base unit. Makes humming noise throughout.2. If I had bigger budget, for sure would have gotten the Plus version with dust collector also.3. No tool included to remove hair from rollers like few other robots.4. The base unit gets dirty fast. For Indian conditions, white is not a good choice.5. Detects carpet, but as soon as the front sensor moves away from carpet, the mops start lowering. This means, carpet edge can become little wet.Maintenance:1. Very easy to remove dirty water and fill clean water.2. Since there is no dust collector, need to empty dust box once every 2 days.3. It's difficult for old people to do this quite often. That is why I recommend the Plus version.Other views:You need to maintain it. Hair gets stuck to the rollers and brushes. Need to empty dust box frequently. So if you plan on buying it for your parents, I would recommend the top versions.Overall Dreame is good. App is easy to use and is one of the best. You can also easily share the robot with others, so they can control it too.

Much needed equipment for home upkeep!!!Had a different brand of robotic vaccum with half cresent mop pad & was on a look out for next level of mopping ie rotating mop pads.Dreame L10 Prime just fitted the requirement & glad to use it now.Initial usage is indeed very encouraging.Floor plan and rooms map is a jiffy.Best part is the L10 does a 2nd mop sweep when turning around to next leg.No smudge marks observed & that is a positive factor.Had to order additional mop pads from another seller to keep standby as per pic.Hope to have a long lasting usage due course.Thanks Amazon/Dreame for a pleasant purchase experience!!!

I had purchased Dream L10 Prime and Very Happy with product, definitely this can remove household helps and stress of daily maid issues.Very nice product.This review i am doing after using the product for 2 days, will see how we r going to get customer support and accessories support.

Hello everyoneI am writing this review after using the device for 6 months. It cleans and mops the house well. However after 6 months of usage it started showing problem and stopped cleaning well. The vacuum stopped working all of a sudden. Till date I have been trying to get support from the company however they have failed to respond. I have been calling them and mailing them since last 1 month however I have received no response. Their after sales service is totally non existent and pathetic. Considering that I would not suggest anyone to go for this device. AVOID PURCHASING THIS DEVICE AT ALL COST.I am writing this added section after waiting for another 15 days with constant reminders for repair. So far no response received. Poor serviceEDIT 1I am writing this after raising multiple complaints after 39 days, I have not received any response from the customer care team. I have tried calling the customer care number and sending repeated reminder mails, but they have simply turned a deaf ear to the problem. I would not suggest anyone to waste hard earned money on this device.
