Works great. Only problem I have is the microphone button just takes you right to the alexa app and you can't speak to it.

Remote works great. Put the batteries in and that’s all. No programming or booklet needed. The back isn’t loose at all definitely does not feel like a cheep remote.

This is a POS
The unit would lockup after around 24 hours and not work (except ON/OFF). You had to take the batteries out and reinsert them. It would then lock up 24 hours later. Total waste of time and money.
