I just got the SIM card for my son’s smart watch and we are very pleased with this product. It was very easy to install and we are ready to enjoy it.

I bought two of these for my granddaughters, for christmas . spent a week before christmas trying to get them to work even contacted customer service .. only email to talk to them. they do not work will not sink up and couldnt get them to work. very difficult to try to get working . no instructions. looked it up on internet for the manual didnt help either. save yourself a real disappointment. these are the only present i bought for my granddaughters and ended up running around christmas eve trying to find 2 vtech watches that dont make phone calls or recieve phone calls just very disappointed in myself as well as product. Christmas was horrable for my 8 and 9 year old grand babies... will try to make it up to them after christmas.

You need to look up your order and enter the last 7 digits of the order number. Then you get an email to verify, then activate but don't put the card in the watch until it activates but make sure your device is off then put card into device then put device on then get another email!! Process didn't work the first time had to do it twice. Then had to do this again for the other two children we purchased it for as gifts! Don't buy as a a toy for tots gift or donation they can't activate it without the original order number.

It took a minute to figure it out, but I got it! This is a good by for one year worth of service!

I bought these for my grandkid's smart watch and we have NO service. I double checked the map via Smart Watch Sims card website and it indicated high availability. If you can't believe their website how can you believe in anything they sell. Now I am having troubles trying to return it. I just wasted $120!

This isn't one of the major networks and that is all that common SmartWatches can connect to. This SIM requires setting the network which isn't even possible. Waste of time and money.
