Water doesn't drain/filter through
Poor quality for usability: when using, the water takes about 20-30 minutes to filter through the very finely ground beans. The taste is good, but it is a waste of time and money because it doesn't work as it should. I'd love to return it, but it can't be returned. Not sure if it's a consistent product or just a batch that got ground too finely.

Cigarette ashes
The worst coffee I’ve ever had. It had a smell and taste of what I imagine cigarette ashes would taste like!
