Many issues (this time) avoidable not dealing with third party
Maybe buy directly from Starlink. I gave up after spending 2 days trying to figure out why the product was associated with another account. You can't do anything if you can't log in. There is no phone number. You can send a message to support. Yesterday I never heard back after driving 8 miles into an area I had cell service. Then it gave me an error that the router is in an unrecognized area. It was associated with a different account or it was because I was 150 miles from home. Idk. I gave up and sent it all back.And I ordered the exact same thing directly from Starlink, ($250 cheaper) I already created my username and password. They will have the correct address and hopefully it was never connected to another account.All this being said- some of what I shared about my experience is because customer service was widely unresponsive. Sadly, I assume that ordering one directly will make it easy to set up and I never have to deal with their support staff because the self install will be 4 easy steps it says in the 1 page manual.t was actually $250 cheaper.
