Our blood pressure monitor is equipped with an arm cuff that fits a minimum arm of 8.7" and a maximum arm of 16.5". This range is suitable for most people's arms. If you are not sure if it fits you can measure the circumference of your arm (biceps) and if you are in this range then you can purchase our blood pressure monitor. We will also update the larger arm band later. You can also pay attention.

Hi! AILE blood pressure monitor can be used directly when you buy it. We have 100% calibrated it before shipment, so you don't need to calibrate it.
The package includes adjustable cuff (can measure arm range 8.7"-16.5"), main unit of blood pressure monitor, USB cable, illustrated manual, and blood pressure indicator card.
Batteries, and adapters are not included.
You can buy it and use it directly connected to the USB cable, or you can install 4 AAAA batteries is also possible.

Hello, please follow the steps below regarding how to use the cuff of the blood pressure monitor.
Step 1: Lay the cuff flat, smooth side up, through the metal ring.
Step 2: Thread the cuff onto your left arm where your biceps would be (take off your heavy jacket if you have one.)
Step 3: Adjust the cuff (▲ facing down, keeping a gap of more than 2 fingers)
