Keeps you regular
I ordered this for circulation and energy. It started making me go #2, 3x a day. My husband chronically takes forever to go #2, so he took 1 pill instead of 2. A couple hours later he had to plunge the toilet. He's been taking 1 a day ever since and it's keeping him very regular. I just ordered my 2nd bottle.

Beets are where it’s at !
It’d good. Have been taking a BP Med, too(MET). But, it has not been very helpful. Yesterday, my Dr’s nurse used the original pump up method to measure my BP, and it was 118/68. I’d rather rip off the pharma Bandaid.

Great blood circulation
It’s great for blood circulation I take two capsules in the morning while fasting and I feel great till lunch time. if you retain water as and sit for long periods of time this helps with leg swelling
