I would buy it again.
So the laptop showed up on time. It was very well packed and secured during shipping and that pleased me so it could not be jostled around. Upon opening I haven't wiped anything off and I took pictures so it's as is how I received it. The charger is in excellent condition it's been plugged in for about 30 minutes now and it says it's at 69%. The case has kind of a black matte finish. It's very light weighing just over 3 lbs I think. The back lighting on the keyboard is awesome. My understanding is it has two settings for brightness although I've not confirmed that yet. The mouse pad is really good. Usually I use my mouse it's wireless with the USB connector. But for the first time ever I may not do that. Previously all the laptops I've owned over the years I have just shut the pad off on the laptop itself and again like I said use my wireless USB mouse. The mouse pads always felt really sloppy to me but this does not. This is a good size pad yet was plenty of room left on either side and it has five keys on it so I will see what that's all about. It didn't take long to set up at all no hiccups no issues it just thank me for my patience and went through the whole spiel and then was ready to go. I'm going to see if I need to update drivers and if I need to update BIOS on it. So I'll come back in like a week and then I'll come back in like a month and just add to it and share how it's doing. Cuz that's the real test longevity. I will be on the lookout for the bottom of the laptop to get hot. Also I'll be checking to make sure the charger doesn't heat up. It's interesting along with the pictures there's one that I sent and I just cropped it real thin and if you look at it it says exactly what I got renewed and then underneath that over to the left it says "NEW" so I'm not quite sure what that is about interesting I have heard they on these business computers with Dell and others they send them out and it's possible that they're not even taken out of the box or they're taking out the box but they never used anyway interesting. So just recapping it came on time, really packed nicely, battery charger excellent condition, the laptop looks to be an excellent condition, the mouse pad is easy to use, the back lighting on the keys is great, it's lightweight and it didn't take very long to set up. At this point I am very happy the real test is going to be how long the battery will last. One of the reasons I picked this company was because if you scroll through and it gives you the particulars or specs at the bottom of those particulars it says battery life "8 hours". I thought that was pretty bold to actually put a number in and commit to it. I'm anxious to see how long it lasts. I hope the review helps.

Fast, Works Great, No Flaws!
I don't really use anything other than my cell phone to do everything that I need to do, but figured it was time to purchase a laptop for my business. My main concern was the size & speed. I received my laptop & it was beautiful! Perfect size for me & I love the keyboard! Best part......the speed! No more having to wait forever for stuff to load, which was the main reason for using my phone to do everything. It was quick & easy to set up & well worth the price! Highly Recommended Seller!!!

Great Refurb from Tekzilla
Dell Latitude 7450 laptop arrived quickly, in 2 days, as promised from Tekzilla. It basically looks new. Feels solid. Crisp key board. Bright screen. New battery (not OEM). New adapter (not OEM). Booted immediately to Windows personal set up which took just a few minutes to finish.Video is very good. Screen clear, though antiglare mat does give it a slight bluish tinge, however movies and streaming look great. Very fast computer. Boots from sleep very quickly. Internet is excellent. Used for second Zoom station in conference with excellent results on Wifi, conferencing locally, and hardwired Ethernet for overseas. Sound is excellent. Accepted Inswan document camera with ease. Great unit.I will update in a few months about the longevity, but I am very pleased with this refurb unit.Be aware that a refurb means a reconditioned older unit, which this must have been new in 2015 from time stamp. However the replaceable components are new enough and original commercial quality with an updated Windows 10 that it should be fine for at least 3 to 5 years or so. I will monitor to see if the cheaper non-OEM battery and adapter cause problems, and will update my review on those, but even if I have to replace those in a year, at $335 I will still be hundreds cheaper than a new Dell from the manufacturer.I am very pleased. I have had wonderful luck with Dell refurbs in the past either directly from the manufacturer or from Amazon. I'd recommend Tekzilla for a good refurb job.UPDATED 12.15.20 I removed 1 star due to power problem. As another reviewer noted, it began to unexpectedly shut down into sleep mode after about 2 months of using. Sometimes it would do it twice a day, after a bout an hour use even. I never knew when it would suddenly shut down. I updated all drivers, updated the BIOS, checked and changed to "Never" all sleep settings, but it would still unexpectedly shut down into sleep mode. The other reviewer stated (after 20 years as a tech support guy) that it was the knock off battery which was part of the refurb. So, I purchased a Dell battery and charger directly from Dell. After replacing those, the laptop has worked flawlessly. I went in knowing this could happen from the heads up of the other reviewer, so plan on spending another $180 or so for manufacturer battery and charger *if* you have sudden sleep shut downs with ACPI power management shut down messages in BIOS log.

Just like the one I had at my old job
At my former job I used the same type of Dell computer with a core i5 processor and 8 gig of memory. Same 256 gig solid state hard drive, which according to the properties window I still have 225 gig left. I added a 128 gig memory card just in case I want to burn some CDs or DVDs for when we're traveling. The laptop was delivered in less than a day with free shipping. I think it helped that the supplier was also in Wisconsin near the city of La Crosse. It's right on I94, so getting here to Milwaukee was only a few hours away. The unit was shipped along with the power adapter in an air-filled jacket, so it arrived in pristine condition. I topped off the battery, and the power meter says I have 3 hrs and 30 minutes left. I've had it hooked up to my docking station while I activated the Windows 10 pro 64 bit license, and downloaded some software updates. To me it looks like a brand new computer; very similiar to what I returned to my employer. Well worth the cost and convenience of not having tot back up my old Dell that is running the 32 bit version of Windows 10. just to get the 64 bit version that the Oracle database needs to run.
