The board was working.
The board was fine, the wires were of low quality. The header connector wasn't the right side. But the board works, so it's fine.

Works well!
It does the job of programming well. I am using Atmega8515 with it.

Cable is of low quality
The 6 pin connector cable went wrong within a day of use. Because of this there is a flood of errors which shows up when you try to flash the program on the microcontroller. Really the wire is of low quality.

Go for it.....
Works very fine.....I used it for ATmega16. Only limitation I figured is that you need a Breadboard and place jumpers for connecting microcontroller pins to microcontroller. Only if it had an IC locking base, it would have been much easier.
