Perfect fit finish and function
Fit my 2005 Silverado 2500 hd duramax. Switch functions perfectly and looks like the factory one I replaced. No complaints; installation was easy only trouble was clipping and unclipping the wire. Nothing small pliers couldn’t solve.

Works great! Very satisfied!
Since I was removing the steering wheel, I decided to replace all the switches at once (901-120, -121, -122, -123). I actually had two switches whose back lighting was out. I also wanted to ensure each switch looked the same at night (personal preference). The original switches had an off-white color while the new ones appear more white at night. The switches are a perfect fit and work like the original switches. Totally worth the money.I have a 2006 GMC Yukon Denail, so I followed the directions detailed here:[Search 'tahoeyukonforum forum 44062']The step-by-step directions worked perfectly for me. The only item I added was to mark a line from the alignment arrow on the steering wheel to the shaft to make sure I aligned it correctly when I reassembled it. My steering wheel came off easily, so I did not require a wheel puller.I am very happy with the Dorman switches, so I took the risk and purchased the Dorman 949-000 Suspension Compressor and the Dorman 746-015 Door Lock Actuator. Totally happy with those purchases as well.

Great Quality, Some Install Advice
Just installed this and the three other button clusters on my steering wheel a couple weeks ago in my H2. The lights might be a little brighter than OEM but honestly, they have been out so long I can't remember. And I think they look great! Not too bright and the printing is fine. It was a challenge to install them on two of the clusters. I saw a video on YouTube on how to install them. The video highlighted the necessity for the orange Mini Pick and Hook Set from Harbor Freight ($1.99) and cautioned on being very careful with the wiring harness and especially the wires feeding the clusters. My experience: the pics are necessary and the wires were far from fragile. The wires weren't long enough to remove the old switch cluster on two of the clusters. To remove the old clusters, I simply slid the right angle pic between the cluster and the steering wheel, rotated 90 degrees to get the bottom of the pic under the cluster and pulled. Pulled hard. Recommend doing this initially in the corners as the harness is center on the cluster. On the two with the short wires, the female end on the cluster ended up breaking to get them out. To install the new cluster, I carefully slid the hooked pic between the wires so I could pull up on the harness. Then it's a matter of lining up the male wire harness into the female harness on the cluster, installing the cluster while pulling up on the pic and pushing the cluster and pic halfway into the steering wheel and pulling up on the pic harder to seat harness. Confirm the harness is seated by pulling on the cluster; if it comes out, it's not seated. Once seated, push down on the pic, angle out from between the wires of the wire harness and rotate 90 degrees to remove the pic before final seating of the cluster in the steering wheel. The wires and harness for me were pretty hardy and the material around the cluster gave A LOT to pressure from the pics and went right back to its original shape unmarred. All in all, it was putsy trial and error but it only took about an hour to install all 4.

Hard to Install
Difficult to install but once installed is bright but not too bright, perfect white color, works just as factory, and feels and looks even better.

My old switch was worn pretty badly and this replacement part turned out to be an affordable solution. It was really easy to install. Seems to be a solid part and functions perfectly. I used a pick tool to pop out the old one and then just reattached the harness. The only reason give it a four star rating is because the backlighting is not an exact match to the greenish hue of the original switch, but I don't really notice when I am driving.

Easy replacement
Lights and volume function went out on my original switch. Using small needlenose and right angle pick tool, this was in and out under 3 minutes.

Perfect fit and they all work.
All four of the buttons I purchased (901-120, 121, 122, 123) all fit well and work well in my 04 Escalade. Installation is not a small job, but not difficult if instructions are followed properly. The 2 top buttons could be changed with the streeing wheel attached if you are gentle. The buttons will pop out and there is enough slack wire to get to the tabs to release the clip that clips into the button. To change the two bottom buttons, the streeing wheel must be removed from the vehicle because there is not enough slack in the wires to get to the tabs to release the clips. Removal of the streeing wheel involves removing the air bag first. As mentioned above, instructions must be followed properly. I found the instructiuons with some great pictures with the write up on the cadillac owners forums. These instructions would be the same to GMC and CHEVY vehicles (Sierra, Silverado etc.) of this generation.
