SKS GERMANY Edge AL56 Aluminum Bicycle Fender Set

It says tires up to 50mm wide and mine our 53 and it works. I have 27.5" wheels. These are nice quality black aluminum and pretty easy to install. If you are buying for the PACE, here are some recommendations.Installation suggestions if you buy this.-Put the short 'stay' bar on the rear tire and the long one on the front. This will keep the back fender closer to the tire than if you do them according to the instructions.- I used the black spacers on the front stay attachment points to push out the bars just a bit, keeping them away from the tire closer to where the fender is.

Easiest fender install ever!I got these to replace SKS p50 that warped in the sun?! Those were awful to install and I’ve done multiple sets before.It took no time at all with these because they were just 1 arm for each it was easier to mount around disc brakes. I didn’t have to space these out or bend the stays around disc brake.I put these on a state all road. Would 100% pay for these over the other SKS plastic fenders any day of the week. These are easier to take on and off than the speedrockers honestly.What I’d change:Wish it had some extension for a mudflap though and it was notched out like the p50 where it’s skinny to screw into your frame. I couldnt slide it all the way down to bolt through so just zip tied.Wish it came with two sets of small arms and one long, so I could keep the back tighter when I’m using smaller tires.

First, these are quality fenders and would look great on a bike. On my Salsa Journeyman 700c x 38, however, they do not quite fit. The cross sectional profile of these fenders is flat and the space they fit under the front fork is curved. This is shown in the picture. Unfortunately, there just wasn't enough space for me put the screw in. I'm sure a work-around is possible with a minor modification or hardware. What I did like about them was they only had one strut on each fender that was low and would not have interfered with a disc brake mechanism. Four stars for quality and style but consider this fitting issue for your bike.

Fit my bike like a dream. Tires are Maxxis Rambler 700 x 45c TR EXO’s. Installation was not particularly difficult.There are seveal places where things rattle a bit more than I like, so I cut some small rubber pieces to place and now no rattles, even at +20mph.

The product was delivered on time within two days of my order. SKS fenders are well made and painted with an attractive matt black finish. The installation was relatively easy and look great on my Trek Verve2.

For starters, the supplied hardware did not fit my commuter bike (a Specialized Sirrus). In addition, the instructions were very confusing. I threw the whole mess in the garbage and purchased some Aluminum Bontrager fenders that fit perfectly--I'm at a loss to explain the high ratings for these fenders as they were a complete waste of money for me!

I was considering the Bontrager fenders for my bicycle because I always like a "factory fit" accessories but honestly these are better! Pictures are shown on a Trek Verve 3 Disc. Installation was simple.

They keep 100% of the dirt and water on the road off of me. They were relatively easy to put on. The only gripe I have is that the included hardware wouldn’t work with my Fox Racing 32 TC fork. I had to order special adapters and those only had two of the four screws I needed to make it work so I have to order more screws at some point but for now I’ve just got them sitting on there with the screws which they’re pretty secure already.
