Good choice
Have been taking for about weeks now. I don't know if they have helped yet with blood pressure but I have had no other issues taking them, no adverse effects.

Quality Product
As best as I can tell, this appears to be a high-quality product. Hibiscus flower is known to have diuretic effects, but I haven't noticed that problem with this product.

Purchase as a blood pressure aid and it does help a little bit
Picked up as an easier to use substitute for hibiscus tea. With the tea taken daily I would see a measurable (but small) drop after a few days that disappeared a few days after stopping. These pills don't give quite the same amount of drop but are also so easy to remember to take (and don't need to remember to make the tea) that I've settled on them. No side effects and no problems experienced.
