This yarn is perfect for knitting Knitted Knockers, the knitted breast prostheses for mastectomy patients. It is one of the approved yarns time use by Knitted Knockers and I am glad it is available through Amazon.

Cascade Ultra Prime is one of the accepted yarns to knit prothesis for mastectomy recoverers for the Knitting Knocker Program. I ordered it because I have had very good luck with all the Cascade Yarns I have tried in the past, and found it to be just as nice as the others. And yes, Knitting Knockers is the actual name of the organization.
