Excellent - but could not installed and hence to returrn
Excellent - but could not install due to shape (oval and not round) and hence to return. However, when tested the sound without installation, was an excellent quality including the build. Also delivery took more than a week - which is too long to wait.

Sound quality is OK but product quality & customer support is pathetic
Bought it on Oct 2019 and pleased with the sound quality. But one of the speaker starts to produce distorted sound recently (by Sep 2020). It was found that the voice coil is having friction with the magnet. There were no structural damage or so. Since its under warranty I'm trying to reach customer support for the past one one month. But none of their customer support contact details telepone/email for car audio are working and I couldn't able to proceed with warranty claim. Its looking to like sell and forget policy by Harman. Stupid Harman. So people try to avoid Harman products like Infinity and JBL because you may not get customer support at all.
