Bovee 1000 - Wireless Music Interface Adaptor Compatible with Audi, Mercedes, and Volkswagen car kit with 30 pin iPod Connector - Compatible with iPhone and Android

So, on my 20-year-old 05 Toyota Solara, on the old DICE iPod player I had installed maybe 15 years ago, this gadget connected instantly and seamlessly in May 2025, on the first try, without a hitch. Am now able to stream music from iPhone thru my car system, crystal clear. The DICE player was installed to transmit through satellite, rather than FM, station, so no static or distortions now, as you have thru FM transmitter. In fact, this appears amplified thru the BOVEE...Sound quality on my original factory system is pretty incredible, like you're listening in 4K, if that makes any sense. Don't think my car ever sounded this good, thru FM radio, FM transmitter, or CD or cassette player...my only regret is that I never found this way sooner! Thanks :-)UPDATE: worked terrifically for a few weeks and then died...no blue lights, no longer able to connect at all. Should have waited a trial period before writing the above review. :-(

Works perfectly! I did need the power adapter for my Infiniti g37 like some do. Stick with this as once it's going the sound quality is amazing. All steering wheel controls work as well 08 g37

I recently purchased a Bentley and there was a Bovee 1000 installed. I tried to connect via Bluetooth and had no luck. Thinking the product was not working I purchased a new one again no luck in connecting through Bluetooth. I have tried several phones. Good luck, I had no success with this product. Tried to email support and the mailbox is full. Tried to call and they do not answer and tell you to text. Texted and there was no response there either.

Works great on a 2008 Mercedes CL550 with my iPhone 13 Pro using Spotify! I plugged the dongle into my glovebox cable, and it started blinking a blue light, quickly found BOVEE in my bluetooth, connected it using "0000" as my pairing code, set my radio to AUX (NOT MP3), opened Spotify, hit play and boom... music! In addition to playing music, it will also announce Google Maps turn by turn directions during the music like normal. The only thing it won't do is "listen" for my voice, so phone calls still go through my phone, and talk-to-text doesn't "hear" what I'm saying. Also, I don't think you can change the song on the car buttons, you have to go to your phone and hit next or pause. Otherwise, if you're just looking to have music and audible directions in your old car (the way an iPod used to work), this thing works a charm! It reconnects very quickly when I get back in the car and turn it on, starts playing music right away. Exactly what I needed, I don't need an Apple Carplay interface, I just need music. Thank you!

I’ve tried multiple dongles and combinations of dongles to get audio from a usb-c iphone (15 pro) into my 2006 Mercedes E-Class without success. This bluetooth connector has been working so far (a couple weeks,) even the steering wheel functions operate as they should. The car’s ipod audio connection is the white one with black wires that lives in the glove box, (see photo.)Audio quality of music is very good, just not quite as good as a hardwired connection, podcasts sound as good as they ever have.Update: seems the car’s telephone bluetooth connection overrides the audio from the Bovee when I start up the car. In my podcast player app, Overcast, I just switch the “airplay” stream to the Bovee and all works well, and making/receiving phone calls still works. Having to do this isn’t ideal, but it’s still the best solution I’ve found for getting music/podcasts into the old Mercedes from the new iPhone. .

I have a 2008 Mercedes and looked up which Movee device would work with my car so I ordered the Movee 3000. When it arrived it didn't work. I had the wrong type of connector for my car. I took a picture of the connector in my vehicle and contacted Movee directly. Their support was great! They responded very quickly and told me exactly what I needed. So I returned the Movee 3000 and ordered the Movee 1000 and when it arrived I went and installed it and I was up and running with my music in my car. This device is great. It automatically connects every time I turn on my car.
