Great product
These plates are a god send if you are, trying to lose weight. They are well portioned and do help to maintain your ability to stick to a diet regime. Lovely design that also helps you to make every meal count !!! With Protien, Carbs and speed food sections and ideas already printed on the plate I find very helpful. They are well made and are dishwasher safe. Also very strong. I dropped one off the counter in my kitchen and it just bounced!!!! Well worth the money spent.

There was a delay with my delivery - nothing to do with the seller and yes with the delivery company.The plate is good but bigger than I imagined. To be honest, I tried using the plate for a few days but it accommodates a bigger portion of food than what I am used to (bariatric surgery).
