Great product
I didn't know what cleats were until I started my spin classes. My trainers kept slipping on the pedals as they were my over pronation running trainers. I knew I would stick at it so bought cycling shoes & cleats. They were easy to fit after looking at a You Tube video. So much better than normal trainers as make me feel more secure on the bike, really sturdy & strong.

God value for money. These were for my first spin shoes. A little footery to install but not sure if this was because the shoes were new too. Finally got them fitted and one of my best buys

Works well, service seems great, just note doesn't come with allen key
They came super quick and were perfect for my needs. I bought the Garneau Sapphire Women's MTB shoes and these worked great with them. Have used for indoor cycling so far and were easy to clip in/out. Nothing comes included re installing but I just referred to the picture on amazon, which seemed clear enough. Didn't know whether to do top or bottom holes so went with top and didn't personally like so easily changed to bottom. Perfect for me. Note that no allen key is included, which you will need (the small one) - I happened to have one from leftover from something which worked fine.

Works on my shoes but not all 100% quality checked
I had to use a screw from my previous purchase of a pair of cleats as the one that came with the purchase was smaller and not fully gripping/ tightening itself into the shoe base.

great versatile well priced cleats
these cleats are great £10 gets you cleats that come with all the fittings you need to install to your road/mtb or gym shoes..must have the screw holes in the shoe to fit.they work on all spd design of pedals and gym bikes...more importantly I wanted to clip into my local gym's wattbike. They do perfectly and easily. Highly recommend .

Work perfectly with Shimano SPDs
Excellent product.Used both at my regular spin class and with my trusty Shimano XT SPDs. Both crackle with the marvellous Shimano patented click and engage and twist out exactly as you would expect. Spot on.
