I've been taking it once a day. It seems to help focus and reduce my anxiety a bit. I would try taking it twice a day but that will get expensive quickly. The product seems to work, I do feel that twice a day would be better, but again I could not afford that.

This has drastically improved my work day and overall functionality. I only take one in the morning and I no longer have brain fog or that run-down tired feeling. My productivity has increased without feeling all jittery or hyper.

EDIT****Company reached out to me and offered full refund. Which, means something to me. They could have just ignore me so I have bumped my starts from 1 to 3 stars.No noticeable difference. If anything, my resting heart rate was constantly above 100bpm and my blood pressure went up after taking this for only like 2-3 days. Then they say here that you can get a full refund, but then you go to “request refund” and it says “not eligible for refund” all around will never buy from this company again.

Helps alot cause I'm constantly on the go, doing so many things. Took this and tossed out my Focus Factor(utter garbage). I take the 2 recommended pills and a black cup of coffee, and im ready and super focused!

I decided to try this instead of my normally purchased brain booster....had to switch back after the first week. I have bad short term memory issues due to age/menopause. My memory started slipping back to how bad it was before. I guess the ingredients are different enough for these to not work at all for me. Will not "try something new" again. Especially with this one like $10 more. It had more capsules but these are 2 a day where the other brand was only one. So one month supply either way. Waste of money for me....
